On August 16th, 2018 the Holy Spirit lead Prophet Fann to pray strongly for the city of Philadelphia. Afterward, he tweeted “Begin to lift the City of Brotherly Love Up In Prayer, for I see something major coming to Philadelphia! Something that will seem like a rriot or chaos.” Almost one year to the exact date, two day short, on August 14th, 2019 - breaking new out of Philly reported “Six Police Officer are wounded in an 8 hour “live gun fire stand-off”.
